We specialize in using what you already have to transform your home into what a buyer is looking for (home staging), or a space that perfectly reflects your family’s style, needs and comfort (redesign).

Occupied Staging and Design...

CONSULTATION AND INITIAL HOME WALK THROUGH


During this two-hour onsite consultation, we will be using a detailed Staging Report/Checklist to write down all the things that need to be completed in order to get the best possible selling price

  • Step 1: Complete a phone interview.
  • Step 2: Schedule a date for the onsite consultation.
  • Step 3: Conduct an onsite consultation and complete an initial home walk through - We will use a photo-filled, detailed staging checklist and discuss staging strategies that will have the largest emotional impact on the buyer.
  • The detailed report will include an "Open House Checklist" and "Closet Organization Checklist"

(Up to two hours in the home with any additional hours reverting to a $100 hourly rate)

MAIN AREA STAGING AND MINI-MAKEOVER


This staging service is all about rolling up our sleeves and physically staging the main areas of the home based upon the Staging Report recommendations.

  • We will make HUGE transformations using what you have to make the most of each space!
  • I will bring in staging accessories in order to give you a visual shopping list and get higher impact photos
  • We will work for up to 4 hours in the home, as well as photograph the transformations as we go

Home must be prepped and cleaned prior to stager arriving
(Up to four hours in the home with any additional hours reverting to a $100 hourly rate)

 COMPLETE POWER STAGING AND ONE-DAY, HOME MAKE-OVER


Do you have a larger home (over 2000 square feet) that could use more than a few hours of work?  We are here to assist!

  • We will make HUGE transformations using what you have to make the most of each space!
  • I will bring in gorgeous staging accessories in order to give you a visual shopping list and get higher impact photos
  • We will work for up to 7 hours in the home, as well as photograph the transformations as we go

Home must be prepped and cleaned prior to stager arriving
(Up to seven hours in the home with any additional hours reverting to a $100 hourly rate)
